We were lucky enough to be the guests of such a wedding at kangaroo valley
Just recently.
picking bunches of wild flowers,
investigating wombat holes and large grey kangaroos
My boys played golf all day,
Levi was in heaven!!
Saturday was a gorgeous day,
Blue skies, warm air and a great day to get ready for a country wedding!
I wore a stunning silk georgette panelled dress by Reiss,
with coral, orange and tan wedge heels by Sam Edelman found online when we were warned to wear farm friendly shoes!!!
how cute is that!!
Everywhere you looked was a beautiful
view,The reception marquee was straight out of a fairy tale
Scented jasmine hung from the ceiling, amongst crystal chandeliers and eclectic vases on the tables were filled with full blown roses and lavender
And vintage trinkets such as glittery candles, love scrolls on sheets of music and gold edged books filled with love poems were scattered amongst towering golden candelabras
A serene sunset over the surrounding
Mountains, yummy food, lots of love and laughter all made for a magical night
A highlight for me was sharing a special moment with the girls on an old leather couch in a paddock, especially when queen bee fairy bride Jen joined us!
Mid morning the following day,
our whole family went back to the farm for a recovery brunch
My kids had a ball chasing chickens, collecting eggs, touch footy in the paddock and cooling down in the pool were all so much fun
(I think the other guests were enjoying being big kids themselves with my little folk)
Followed by a lazy afternoon wandering through the beautiful town of Berry stocking up on wool and lollies in the charming stores
Such a lovely weekend ❤️
Thanks so much Jen and Tom for including us in your celebrations xx
Love and rainbows
